Ethiopia Uraga is a single-origin specialty coffee from the Uraga region in Ethiopia. This exceptional coffee is grown using blended landraces known as Mixed Heirloom, which give the coffee a unique richness and complexity.

When tasted, the Ethiopia Uraga presents a combination of delicious flavours. Predominant notes include candy pear, lemonade and marzipan. Pear candies bring a sweet fruity coffee taste, reminiscent of ripe, juicy pears. The lemonade adds a fresh and lively note, offering a pleasant balance between sweetness and acidity. The marzipan contributes a delicate and slightly nutty flavor, lending a pleasant sweetness to the coffee.

The manufacturing process used for Ethiopia Uraga is the natural method, in which the coffee cherries are left to dry with the bean still inside. This method allows the coffee to absorb the flavors and natural sugars present in the pulp, creating a distinctive flavor profile.
