Via dei Neri

Our first home, our first coffee shop. From this place, this street, this city, we began our mission. Opening the coffee shop allowed us to talk to people and tell them everything hidden behind a cup of coffee. Ditta Artigianale via dei neri is the result of numerous journeys around the world, brought together with the purest Italian style. We created a coffee shop where people can feel at home and where coffee is at the heart of our offering, complemented by an equally high-quality selection. We are a specialty coffee shop that serves good food and, as the sun goes down, transforms into a gin bar, a meeting place for all gin lovers.

Via dello Sprone

Among the most beautiful coffee shops in Europe, as described by numerous figures from the world of coffee and beyond. Ditta Artigianale Via dello Sprone is our second location, where we have combined careful, meticulous design without losing sight of our main goal: making people feel at home. Ditta Artigianale Via dello Sprone is a spacious place where you can work, relax, or simply spend time with friends. The coffee shop's style is inspired by a specific era, with strong ties to the style and vision of the great Florentine architect Giovanni Michelucci, who is also the architect of the building that houses our coffee shop.

Giosuè Carducci Street

Our third coffee shop, our biggest gamble. The project began about two years ago, but due to various circumstances, we had to wait longer than expected. All this waiting, however, is rewarded by the beauty of this coffee shop. It is located inside a historic building and occupies a former 14th-century refectory. The Sant’Ambrogio coffee shop was designed by our architects Luca and Marco Baldini (Q-bic studio) and combines a modern, international style with elements inspired by classic Italian design. The store, located on Via Carducci in the Sant’Ambrogio district, is a coffee shop offering a varied selection of pastries and food. It also houses our “Coffee School,” where visitors can take amateur and professional coffee training courses.
The building’s distinctive features are completed by a beautiful inner cloister, where you can stop to read a book and enjoy a good coffee surrounded by greenery and 14th-century works, such as the well and fountain, which have been completely restored and brought back to life.

Riva d'Arno

Riva d’Arno is the fourth café opened in Florence, right in the heart of the Oltrarno. The venue, located on Lungarno Soderini, stands out as a lively, distinctive and colorful place inspired by the lands where coffee originates. From Mexico to India, from South America to Vietnam and Africa, it reflects today’s multicultural society like a mirror, inviting different cultures to coexist. What makes it unique are the vivid colors of “the great urban jungle,” the mural created by Collettivo Giungla, which dominates the venue and floods the terrace overlooking the Arno with color - a key feature in a neighborhood that is lively at all hours of the day.
There are many details inside, from the wood-and-“reeded” glass partition, which evokes Asian imagery, to the coffee machine customized for the occasion with geometric designs typical of Senegal, echoing the colors of Ditta Artigianale’s logo. The bar counter, always lower than usual, creates no divide between barista and customer; it features walnut wood slats, used for the redesign of Ditta on Via dei Neri. Brass, which is instead the defining feature of Ditta on Via Carducci, can be found here too, in elements such as the brass-and-mirror bottle display. A play of references and recurring elements.

Ferrucci Square

This venue represents the continuation of our love story with Florence. With the venue in Piazza Ferrucci, we wanted to bring back to life a place that for years had been a hub for meeting and coming together, while giving it a new look, both in terms of its concept and its design. A space designed not only for having breakfast or grabbing a quick coffee, but above all as a place of culture, an oasis where people can pause among green spaces, responding to the need to meet and exchange ideas again over a cup of coffee.

The new feature of “Ditta Artigianale piazza Ferrucci” is the bakery, our cutting-edge pastry and baking workshop, which aims to revolutionize the concept of pastry shops and bakeries. Ditta Artigianale’s bakery draws inspiration from the French and Northern European pastry traditions, with North American influences, while adding an Italian and Florentine touch.
