The opening of the café allowed us to talk to people, to tell them everything that lies behind a cup of coffee. Ditta Artigianale via dei neri is the result of numerous travels around the world, assembled with the purest Italian style, we have created a café where one can feel at home and where coffee is at the center of our offering but surrounded by equally high-quality offerings. We are a specialty café, serving good food and that at sunset transforms into a gin bar, a meeting point for all gin lovers.

Among the most beautiful coffee shops in Europe, this is how it has been defined by numerous figures in the coffee world and beyond. Ditta Artigianale via dello sprone is our second point of sale, where we have combined careful and accurate design without neglecting our main goal, which is to make people feel at home. Ditta Artigianale via dello sprone is a spacious area where one can work, relax, or simply spend time with friends. The style of the coffee shop is inspired by a specific era with a strong connection to the style and vision of the great Florentine architect Giovanni Michelucci, who is also the architect of the building that houses our coffee shop.

Our third café, our biggest bet. The project started about two years ago, but due to various circumstances, we had to wait longer, but all this waiting is rewarded by the beauty of this café. It is located inside a historic building and develops within an old refectory from the 1300s. The Sant'Ambrogio café was designed by our architects Luca and Marco Baldini (studio Q-bic) and encompasses a modern and international style with references to classic Italian style. The store located on Via Carducci in the Sant'Ambrogio district is a café with a varied offering of pastries and food, and also hosts our “Coffee School” inside, where amateur and professional coffee training courses can be followed.
The features of this building conclude with the presence of a beautiful internal cloister where it is possible to stop and read a book and drink a good coffee surrounded by greenery and works from the 1300s, such as the well and the fountain completely restored and brought back to new life.

Riva d’Arno is the fourth café opened in Florence in the heart of Oltrarno. The venue, located on Lungarno Soderini, stands out for being a place full of life, character, and color, inspired by the lands of origin of coffee. From Mexico to India, from South America to Vietnam and up to Africa, it reflects like a mirror today's society, multiethnic, inviting coexistence among different cultures. What makes it unique are the intense colors of “the great urban jungle,” the mural curated by Collettivo Giungla, which dominates the venue flooding the outdoor area on the Arno, a strong point in a lively neighborhood at all hours of the day.
Various details inside, from the wooden and glass “cannettato” partition wall, which refers to Asian images, to the coffee machine customized for the occasion with geometric designs typical of Senegal, which recall the colors of the Ditta Artigianale logo. The bar counter, increasingly lower than usual, does not create a divide between the bartender and the customer; it has walnut wood slats, used for the restyling of Ditta via dei Neri. Brass is found instead as the protagonist of Ditta in via Carducci, like the brass and mirror bottle rack. A play of references and elements that return.

This place aims to represent the continuation of our love story with Florence. With the venue in Piazza Ferrucci, we wanted to bring back to life a place that has been a center of gathering and aggregation for years, giving it a new look, both in format and design. A space designed not only for having breakfast or grabbing a coffee on the go, but especially to be a place of culture, an oasis to stop among green islands, in response to the need to meet and engage again over a cup. 

The novelty of “Ditta Artigianale piazza Ferrucci” concerns the bakery, our state-of-the-art pastry and baking laboratory, which aims to revolutionize the concept of pastry and bakery. The bakery of Ditta Artigianale is inspired by the French and Northern European pastry school, with North American influence, giving it an Italian and Florentine touch. The features of this building conclude with the presence of a beautiful internal cloister where it is possible to stop to read a book and drink a good coffee surrounded by greenery and works from the 1300s, such as the well and the fountain completely restored and brought back to new life.
