The modern barista is no longer the one capable of serving an espresso in the shortest time possible, while talking about football, politics or the weather.

What is now required of a coffee shop operator is an all-round knowledge of the subject, which makes him capable of giving a sensorial experience to the customer.

The 360° Barista course aims to train the barista according to the new needs of the market, and in particular on:
- botany;
- processes;
- third wave of coffee;
- tasting;
- espresso extraction;
- preparation of milk drinks;
- latte art;
- brewing methods and new trends in coffee shops;
- management of restaurant activities.

The cost of the course includes course materials and lunch break.

At the end of the course, a Participation Diploma is issued, recognized by various leading companies in the sector.
