Finca La Salsa, purchased by Benjamin Paz in 2014 in the Santa Barbara region of Honduras, is renowned for cultivating exotic coffee varieties like Geisha and SL28. Benjamin Paz, well-known for promoting Santa Barbara's specialty coffee, also runs Beneficio San Vicente, an exporting company that connects local farmers with global roasters. His program ensures that roasters commit to buying 100% of the farmers' crops at fair prices, helping them improve their farms and practices. Finca La Salsa continues to produce exceptional coffee while sharing seeds with local producers to boost quality and diversity in the region.
