Short Supply Chain
We work exclusively with good coffee, and by good we mean everything that can be encompassed by this word: good in taste and good in ethics. We only open our doors to coffees that meet these simple but fundamental requirements.
Fair Trade Coffee
We decided to work directly with each individual producer because we want to build relationships and have complete transparency regarding all the processing methods and practices used by the farmer. By practices, we mean their approach to agriculture, their respect for the land and for everything that is part of that terroir, including its people and their work.
For us, it is important that every coffee is produced with both heart and mind. Passion and love are essential, because one way or another, they end up in the coffee. We also like working with producers who apply their minds and the knowledge gained through study and research.
Caring for the environment
Producers who process coffee with particular attention to the planet make us proud to represent them in our market. We do not like working with producers who make excessive use of herbicides and chemicals, we do not work with producers who clear the surrounding environment to grow coffee, and we do not work with irresponsible producers. Coffee is more than just a product to us; we want to be able to defend it together with those who produce it.
