Colombia Cascara

Cascara is a natural beverage made from the dried pulp of the coffee fruit (the part that is normally discarded in the production of the bean). It is neither coffee nor tea, but something in between, with a very fruity and delicate aromatic profile.

Our cascara comes from Finca Guacovia (also known as Finca Guacanas), located at 1600–1900 meters above sea level, in the heights of San Adolfo, Acevedo, Huila, Colombia.
This altitude, combined with the region's unique volcanic soils, rich in nutrients such as potassium, nitrogen, and boron, creates an ideal environment for growing high-quality coffee. The soil structure effectively retains moisture while ensuring good drainage, conditions particularly favorable for coffee plants.
