From Uganda comes a coffee that tells the story of a region still waiting to be explored. Grown at altitudes between 1,600 and 1,800 meters by Agri Evolve, it combines the SL14 and SL28 varieties, both deeply connected to the history of coffee cultivation in this part of Africa.

The Natural process brings out its sweeter, fruitier character, creating a rich cup full of nuance. Blueberry stands out with its juicy note, followed by the soft sweetness of chestnut and a deeper finish of dark chocolate.

A profile that balances fruit, sweetness, and intensity, revealing a side of Uganda worth discovering, cup after cup.

Tinshe Guye is a young producer from Chelchelie, a village (kebele) in the Gedeb district, near Yirgacheffe. She cultivates a small plot of 0.4 hectares at an altitude of 2,080 mslm, where she produces local sub-varieties known as Kumie, Diga, and Wilsho, in the shade of Acacia and Sudan Teak trees (Cordia Africana).

This washed lot has been fermented for 36 hours, fully washed in channels with clean water, and subsequently dried for 16 days on African raised beds.
