This course, lasting 2 hours, allows you to learn the basic coffee extraction techniques using the filter method.
Learning the fundamental extraction techniques will allow the participant to create starting points that enable the exploration of new variables and new flavor nuances each time.
Course topics:
- the taste differences between espresso and filter coffee
- the extractions in V60, French Press, Aeropress, and Cold Brew
- the search for the grind
- the balance of flavor in a filter coffee

The course catalog of the School of Coffee includes two different paths. The first is that of the more professional courses that explain a more technical approach to espresso and filter extractions, milk frothing, and latte art, up to the management of a coffee shop.
