The Jingle Bells – Winter Coffee Blend is the Christmas blend from Ditta Artigianale designed for those who experience coffee with curiosity and precision. It combines two distinctive origins—Guatemala and Colombia—selected to create a clean, complex, and typically winter sensory profile.

Together, the two lots create a profile that evokes red currant, wildflower honey, and cinnamon—a blend designed for clear expressions both in filter and espresso, with a character that is perfectly suited for the season.

From Guatemala Finca De Las Mercedes arrives a washed Red Bourbon, grown between 1600 and 1900 m in the Chimaltenango region: linear structure, defined acidity, and notes of red fruit.

The Colombian component comes from Jairo Arcila (Armenia, Quindío): a honey-processed Castillo fermented anaerobically with wine yeasts and cinnamon, which adds honeyed sweetness and a natural spiciness, without overshadowing the cleanliness of the cup.
