We proudly present Nestor Lasso's coffee, an excellence from our Reserve Collection, personally curated by Francesco Sanapo. This fine single-origin coffee belongs to the Sidra variety and grows in the lush Colombian lands of the Huila region, at an altitude of 1900 meters above sea level.

The coffee cherries are carefully harvested and manually selected, a meticulous process that guarantees only the best fruits for our collection. What makes this coffee unique is its natural processing method, which gives the bean a wealth of unparalleled flavours.
