The remarkable steadiness of the coffee with a simple, graceful, and pure flavor of Finca El Puente shows strong quality durability throughout the year of use, a sign of careful and proper handling of the finished product. There are three kinds offered that lead to a captivating taste journey and to uncover some of the rarest and most native plants: “Java,” well-known and with unique aromas, a selection of several Ethiopian kinds; the valued “Geisha,” with which the Caballero family earned a score of 91 SCA points, winning the Cup of Excellence in 2016; “Mokka,” from Yemen, one of the oldest and best-known kinds worldwide, known for its small berries and the distinct roundness of the original bean. It is a variation of Typica that is commonly grown in Brazil and Hawaii.
